The OREI XD-990 is an advanced Composite A/V or HDMI to HDMI Scaler. I owe the Orei XD-2000 one and I really like it. Maybe it's not the best adapter in the world, but it's good and it's serving me for year already without braking up. According to the rating of Edusson this adapter is one of the most popular ones. I think it's because it's quality is great according to it's price
