I was able to use my NTSC VIZIO LED TV in India and convert PAL based 50 Hz transmission to 1080i 60 Hz. This works flawless out of box. This is small but you can tell it uses all high quality metal parts not plastic. This is also cheapeast one in the market, the competitors product were selling more than 2 to 3 times the price. I am very happy with the purchase the video quality on my TV is better than what i get even in US using my HD TV.

I wanted German satellite, but found out that I needed a PAL tv! So, instead of going out and buying a brand new PAL or multi-system TV, I researched online and found this product. It was much cheaper than the competition, but with the same features. The few HD signals I get on the free satellite are crystal clear, and the others are good too...
Highly recommend for someone coming to Europe and don't want to waste money buying a new TV, especially if you just dumped money on a nice one in the states.
